Leonardo Design and DK Communications initiated their collaboration with Rhode Island Housing several years ago and have continued to do so, spearheading a transformative overhaul of Rhode Island Housing’s visual identity to enhance its already exceptional reputation within the state.

Addressing all of Rhode Island Housing’s creative needs and collateral development, the dynamic duo embarked on a comprehensive redesign of the agency’s communication materials. This encompassed a revamp of brochures, the website, folders, marketing plans, and advertising across diverse media platforms. The goal was to successfully rebrand the agency’s public perception, allowing it to connect with its diverse community of customers in a more effective and engaging manner.

The collaborative efforts extended to the production of Rhode Island Housing’s annual report, with a notable achievement of winning a national award for the agency’s 2015 annual report. Additionally, Leonardo and DK ventured into the realm of multimedia, creating informational videos for the agency’s website and public presentations, complemented by still photographs used in various publications and social media.

This impactful partnership involves close collaboration with Rhode Island Housing’s executive director, alongside key personnel and decision-makers.
